Located in the heart of the vibrant and transit-rich Back Bay, 140 Clarendon offers income-based apartments in Boston. This beautifully re-imagined historic gem, once the iconic YWCA building, is a mixed-use community with 210 studio and one-bedroom apartments, the Lyric Stage Theater, City of Boston Snowden School, Viga Eatery, Honovan Dry Cleaning, and the YWCAs offices.

Of the 210 apartments, 111 of these apartments are set aside for individuals currently experiencing homelessness and are supported through the National Housing-First model and social supportive services provided by The Pine Street Inn. The remaining 99 affordable apartments in Boston, MA, are reserved for low-income applicants. Within the community, residents can take advantage of on-site amenities including a fitness center, computer learning center, and community room. Residents will also benefit from programs and services offered by the on-site Community Engagement staff.
